Overview – Edgecore AS7515-24X
The Edgecore CSR430 is an open disaggregated cell site gateway platform that provides a combination of 1/10/25 Gbps and 40/100 Gbps interfaces. Utilizing powerful Qumran family merchant silicon and an Intel Atom x86 processor, the device provides optimized performance for service provider access and aggregation networks.
The CSR430 has a temperature-hardened design and is able to operate at a wide operational temperature range from -40˚C to 65˚C. The redundant/hot swappable power modules and 4+1 high-efficiency modular fans provide high availability and hassle-free maintenance for mission-critical applications, making the hardware an ideal choice for current LTE and 5G mobile xHaul network solutions.
The CSR430 is pre-installed with ONIE (Open Network Install Environment) to provide freedom of choice and flexibility for preferred NOS (Network Operating System) integration with user applications.
